We collect very little — only what's needed to run the site, launch campaigns, and stay in touch with you. This may include: Basic contact details (name, email, company or brand) when you fill out a form or message us. Site analytics (page views, time on site, device type, and so on), collected through tools like Google Analytics. Cooperation data, if you work with us as an advertiser or partner: campaign parameters, offers, GEO, platforms, payment model (CPA, Spend, RevShare), creatives, and landing pages. Tracking and conversion data from campaigns: clicks, registrations, deposits, postbacks, and stats by source and GEO. We process this data at the campaign level for attribution and optimization. Any information you share in an email, call, or message.
We use the data we collect only for its intended purpose. Namely: To respond to your messages and requests. To launch and run media buying campaigns and optimize them against agreed metrics — traffic volume, traffic quality, and average deposit. To send reports and campaign updates while we work together. To improve how the site works and how people interact with it. To analyze the performance of sources and GEO and plan buying more precisely. We don't use your data for spam or pass it on to third-party sales databases.
All personal data is stored securely, and only the people who need it for work have access. We use secure communication systems. If you've ever worked with us, your campaign stats and parameters are kept in an archive solely for backups and reporting.
We use the following tools:
Google Analytics 4 — analysis of website visits and interactions after consent to analytics cookies. The service may process online identifiers, approximate location and technical browser and device information.
Meta Pixel — measurement of page views, successful contact form submissions and advertising effectiveness on Facebook and Instagram after consent to advertising cookies. Relevant event information and technical data are sent to Meta.
Campaign tracking tools — attribution of clicks, registrations and deposits at campaign level.
Telegram and email — direct communication about enquiries and campaigns.
Notion — organisation of work, timelines and agreements.
These providers may process information needed to deliver their services, in accordance with the applicable service terms and privacy policies.
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use them to remember your choices and, with your consent, for analytics and advertising measurement.
Necessary cookies
The toba_cookie_consent cookie stores your consent preferences for 180 days. It is not used for analytics or advertising.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 helps us analyse visits, traffic sources, page views, successful form submissions and clicks on contact links. Analytics tracking starts only after you consent to the “Analytics” category.
The analytics events we configure do not include form field contents, such as your name, email address or message.
Google Analytics may use _ga and _ga_* cookies. Under the default settings, these cookies have a lifespan of up to two years, which may be renewed when you visit the website. The actual lifespan may depend on service and browser settings.

Advertising cookies and Meta Pixel
We use Meta Pixel to measure advertising effectiveness on Facebook and Instagram, including page views and successful contact form submissions.
Meta Pixel starts only after you consent to the “Advertising” category. It may send Meta information about the event, the URL of the page visited, your IP address, online identifiers and technical browser and device information. Meta may match this data with information it already holds, in accordance with its privacy policy and your settings.
The Meta Pixel events we configure do not include form field contents, such as your name, email address or message. Automatic Advanced Matching is disabled.
Meta Pixel may use the _fbp cookie to recognise a browser and the _fbc cookie to store an advertising click identifier when one is present in the link. Their standard lifespan is up to 90 days; the actual lifespan may depend on browser and service settings.

Your choices
The banner allows you to accept all cookie categories, reject optional categories or manage them individually. Analytics and advertising tracking are disabled by default and start after you consent to the relevant category.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” button. The page may reload to apply your choices. Withdrawing consent stops further tracking in the relevant category but does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using the contact form or contact links. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings; the website may then ask you to choose your preferences again.
Consent to cookies does not, by itself, provide us with your name, telephone number or email address.
For questions about data processing, contact marketing@toba.team.
You can always: Ask what data we hold about you. Request a copy of that data. Ask us to delete it at any time. Ask us to stop contacting you. To do any of these, email us at marketing@toba.team
If you become a client, we keep your campaign parameters, stats, name, and contact details for reference and future cooperation. If you don't, we delete the data tied to your inquiry after 12 months. We don't hold data longer than necessary.
We may update this page from time to time. If we do, we'll post the changes here.
