Terms of Service
Before a campaign starts, we put the scope in writing: GEO, offers, platforms and traffic sources, payment model (CPA / Spend / RevShare), target metrics, period, and budget. This is set out in a proposal or an email.
If tasks come up along the way that fall outside the original agreement, we price and confirm them with you separately. New costs only appear after your approval.
The standard model is prepayment of the budget or package at the start of the campaign, unless agreed otherwise in writing. For CPA and RevShare models, settlement is done per period based on confirmed conversions according to tracking data.
Reports and access are provided once payment for the relevant period is received. Payment delays beyond 7 days may pause the campaign.
We move fast — we set a launch schedule and stick to it, provided materials, access, and offers arrive on time.
If your team is out of contact for more than 14 days, we put the campaign on hold. Rescheduling a slot in the timeline may incur an additional fee.
The tracking system, traffic sources, publisher relationships, and Toba Traffic's internal know-how remain our property. We reserve the right to show non-confidential campaign results in our portfolio, case studies, and social media. To opt out of this, let us know in writing before the start.
We use Telegram and email for communication.
We reply to work messages within 24 hours on business days. Urgent matters and calls are arranged separately.
You can stop the campaign at any time. In that case, the traffic actually delivered and the commitments locked in under the agreed model are payable.
We guarantee delivery of the work within the agreed scope. We aren't liable for indirect damages, technical failures of third-party services (ad platforms, trackers, external tools), or for use of the result beyond our control.
We launch, test, and run campaigns diligently and with professional responsibility.
Everything you share with us — offers, access, product details, rates, internal documentation — stays private. We don't share, reuse, or disclose it without your permission.
If a mutual NDA needs to be signed before the start, we're ready to do that.
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
If a campaign involves sensitive materials, tell us at the start, and we'll keep everything confidential.
